In a nutshell, one can sum up healthy living with the acronym, NEWSTART. NUTRITION - The body needs PROPER nutrition, or else we pay... eventually. EXERCISE - It not only keeps us healthy, but it slows the aging process. WATER - It hydrates our bodies, and is the ultimate body-cleanser. SUNLIGHT -Sunlight on your body enhances blood flow & produces vitamin D. TEMPERANCE - Do everything in moderation. Over-do nothing! AIR - It is necessary to breathe clean air. The best air is 'morning air'. REST - Get six to eight hours rest. The body needs to repair nightly. TRUST - Complete health is not only physical, it's also spiritual, and it consists of trusting in God.
